Every one has a specific purpose on his or her life. Your purpose and destiny was predestinated by God before you were ever born but your fulfillment in life is dependent on your training, education and preparation to becoming and doing what you were destined by God to do.
To this end, we are seeing the need and essence of preparation by developping the knowledge, skill, character and the call of God upon lives  therefore put up the LORHEP SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (Logos Rhema Program), which is a training program to establish and build up all the members of the church EMF/HGFM, and to bring out of them the God given gift and make them leaders to do the work of the ministry for the advancement of the work of the Lord. With the objectives as stated in the following verses;
Eph. 4:11 – 14. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
2Tim.2: 2…commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
Mat.28:19 Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples.
